Inspired from the story telling art of the shekhawati paintings and murals of Rajasthan, the crafted dome represents a graphical exploration of using the ancient craft to design the central dome of a government building. The brief was to explore the simple gradation of colors travelling to center of the dome and use of Indian pattern borders.

Earthy colors of Rajasthan's landscape and Indigo colors were used as inspiration to develop the design scheme for the central dome of the space.
